What Is Total Body Enhancement At Planet Fitness?

The gym is spacious enough. The worst thing is to hear the intrupted music. Listening to the music in this gym is annoying and this music will slow down our workout spirit and energy.. poor customer experience. They are not fixing the music system ..I won't recommend planet fitness to anyone. Poor communication and poor customer service experience. Music system is annoying. I asked them to fix it and they told me to bring headphone to listen music. Intrupted music system will slow down your energy.. I am not going to the gym for the first time. They think that they do not to listen the customer who have no muscles... I recommend fitforless which provides good atmosphere and good customer experience. I am going to planet fitness only because it is located near by. I have bad experience with arrogant front line worker. The incident occurred on October 20th between 10.00pm and 10.33pm. He is speaking loudly to irritate the customer in an unprofessional way ..

I join planet fitness because of spa facilities with black card membership. In first two month all going good but then after the spa machine going to break down and whenever i ask front desk employees they always say still not fix. And i was ask for time when it will fix they are speechless about time. And now its around 3 week gone and still its not working. I never recommend to join black card membership wasted of money.

Planet fitness was a super clean facility before Covid. There commitment to cleanliness and safety as always been incredible. I can't wait to get back to the gym the reasons that keep me out for a while as been health issues with my family.not covid related But thankfully ill be able to come back soon

Just started my Gym after a break of 18 months. As far as Covid protocols are concerned, PF checks your Vaccine info each time we enter. We are supposed to wear masks, Alternate trademills are marked not to be used. I have noticed few people violating the mask mandate and it's shameful. Like they must wear mask and if breathing during exercise is an issue then take break and never take off your mask.
